Please read our terms and conditions before ordering at www.flora-danica.com, as you automatically approve these when you make a purchase with us. Our terms and conditions for shopping on our webshop may change from time to time - therefore always make sure that you have read them before completing an order.

Delivery time: The delivery time at Flora Danica is on average 1-3 working days(only applies only Denmark). Should there be delays in your order / package with POSTNORD or GLS, after it has been sent from our warehouse, Flora Danica cannot be held responsible for this. Therefore, we also recommend that reservations be made for extra delivery time during busy periods, such as holidays or sales. All our packages are sent as insured package mail.

We use POSTNORD and GLS as shipping partners, so be aware that GLS does not send packages on weekends and public holidays, so goods ordered on Thursday after kl. 12:00 may not be delivered until next Monday.

We will always do our utmost to fulfill your order, but should in rare cases an error occur in our stock update, which may cause us not to have the item you have ordered, you will be contacted by phone or email as soon as possible. Should such a situation arise, your order will be canceled.

Remember to save your order number if the item is to be returned and the money is to be refunded.

Delivery time to addresses in the EU: We deliver to most countries in the EU. The price may depend on the recipient country and is calculated at checkout. The package is delivered to either the parcel box or home address depending on the recipient country - however, it is not possible to choose this yourself.

Delivery times:

It typically takes between 2-7 business days from the time the package is shipped until you receive it.

Shipping prices

In Denmark, your order can be sent free of charge with purchases for a minimum of DKK 299. Shipping is always based on the cheapest shipping method - that is, without delivery. When choosing another shipping method, a shipping fee of up to DKK 49 is added. depending on the chosen shipping method.

When delivering abroad, we offer shipping to countries in Europe.

Free shipping only applies in Denmark and for purchases over DKK 299.

Shipping price to EU countries can vary but as a starting point between EURO 8- 20, depending on the country.

We supply to the following countries in the EU.

France, Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic,

Estonia, Spain, Greece, Hungary,

Ireland, Italy, Lithuania, Luxembourg,

The shipment is always based on cheapest shipping method.

Ordering and payment

All prices for goods at www.flora-danica.com are shown in Danish kroner (DKK) and include 25% Danish VAT.

At Flora Danica, we accept the following payment methods:

Dankort, Visa / Dankort, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Mobilepay

Only when your order is shipped from our warehouse will your payment for your order be deducted from your card or PayPal account.

When you order an item on our webshop, you will shortly after receive an email with an order confirmation.

However, this confirmation email is not the same as an invoice. On the other hand, you will receive an invoice email that serves as your receipt when your purchase has been completed and registered.


As soon as your purchase is registered with Flora Danica, we will ship your order as soon as possible. Items ordered on the Friday after 12 noon or on weekends will only be processed on Mondays, just as items ordered on public holidays will only be processed on the first following weekday.

You will receive an email with a link to POSTNORD or GLS Track and Trace function, the same day as your order is shipped from our warehouse. However, be aware that sometimes it may take some time after dispatch before your package is detected and the Track and Trace feature is activated.

Right of return 

When you shop online at FLORA DANICA,You have 30 days from the day of receipt to return any unused items and receive a refund. Your right of return does not start until you have received the item, and is complied with as long as the item is returned within 30 days of receipt.


The amount is always returned to the same means of payment with which you paid for the purchase. For example, if you have paid by card, the purchase amount is returned to the payment card you used for the purchase.

Should it happen that you regret your purchase, please return your item in the same condition in which you received it. When we receive the item, we will check it and arrange a refund after receipt.

We process your returned item as soon as possible. Your money from your purchase will be refunded as soon as FLORA DANICA has received the returned item.

In such cases, you finance the return shipment yourself, unless otherwise required with FLORA DANICA

Should you choose to use the product, or do you impair the product's sales value in any way, your right of withdrawal ceases. We recommend making use of insured form of parcel shipping.

Should it happen that an item disappears in the mail upon return, FLORA DANICA disclaims responsibility for this, unless the package has been sent correctly with tracking shipment. Remember to enclose the order number

We do not accept packages sent by post. cash on delivery.

If you want to exchange one item for another, please contact us at mail@flora-d.com and we will send you a return label. Then simply deliver the return package to the designated shipping partner. FLORA DANICA pays the return shipping when you choose to exchange.

If the item has been tried, in addition to what is described above, we consider it as used, which means that upon cancellation of the purchase, you only get part or none of the purchase amount back, depending on the item's commercial value. In order to receive the entire purchase amount back, you must not have used the item, broken the seal or otherwise damaged it while you were responsible for it. The item must also be delivered complete as received.

If you regret your purchase, you will of course get back the amount you paid to us. In the event of an impairment for which you are liable, this purchase will be deducted. The amount is always transferred to the same means of payment with which you paid for the purchase. For example, if you have paid by card, the purchase price will be returned to the payment card you used at the time of purchase.

Right of complaint

As a customer, you always have a right to make a complaint for 24 months. This right covers manufacturing and / or material defects that were present within 24 months of your purchase. The right of complaint does not cover goods that are defective due to wear and tear, lack of maintenance, incorrect use, or incorrect washing, but only in the event of defects and deficiencies that were present at the time of purchase.

When requesting a complaint, please contact us as soon as possible, so that based on the given situation you can either have the item exchanged, the money refunded or get a discount on the price of the item.

When you choose to return an item to FLORA DANICA due to a complaint, please send information about what errors and deficiencies the item contains, and attach a copy of your invoice to your purchase. This means that we can service your inquiry much faster, and make sure that you are satisfied with the outcome of your complaint.

In the event of a justified complaint, we will refund reasonable shipping costs.

If the complaint is justified, we will of course refund your reasonable shipping costs to send the item back to us. Remember that the item must always be sent in proper packaging, and that no address label or packing tape may be affixed to the item itself or its original packaging. Remember to get a receipt for shipping. You are responsible for the package / goods until our receipt. Therefore save postal receipt incl. information on shipping costs and possibly track and trace number. Note! We do not accept packages sent by COD. cash on delivery or similar.

In addition to this, we never record your personally sensitive information, and we do not pass it on to any third party or unauthorized person.

When you are active on FLORA DANICA DENARMK's webshop, information about you is collected via our website. This information can, for example, be collected in connection with a purchase, when subscribing to our newsletter, when registering for competitions, or when your information is stored on "My Account" on our webshop.

This means that your card information is therefore secure, and we guarantee that it will not be available to unauthorized persons or any third party.

What is a cookie?
