Returning and exchanging goods

  1. Carefully pack the item in its original packaging. The original shoe box must be protected by an additional cardboard box, just like when you received it.

  2. Use our return portal to return your package by clicking here.

  3. Drop off the package at a parcel shop near you.

Exchange

If you wish to exchange your item, please place a new order and return the old one.
Please note that prices for silk scarves may vary depending on size. In addition, our prices may change over time, so we cannot guarantee the same price as your previous order.

We are unable to receive or collect parcels sent to parcel shops.

Always keep a copy of your postal receipt and any tracking numbers in case you need to provide proof that the package was sent. Items must be returned in their original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as received. Items returned as cash-on-delivery or without postage will not be accepted.

Once we have received and approved your return, we will transfer the purchase amount to your account as soon as possible in accordance with the Danish Consumer Agreement Act § 21, sections 3 and 4. Refunds will only be made to the credit card used for the original purchase to prevent misuse of stolen cards.
Please include your registration and account numbers for any bank transfers, and remember to keep your postal receipt as proof of shipment.

TERMS

  • The returned products must be completely new — unused and in their original, undamaged packaging. There must be no signs of wear or use. Upon receiving the return, our staff will assess the condition of the product. Returns will not be accepted if the item is used, dirty, damaged, or otherwise unsuitable for resale.

  • You have 30 days to return your purchase. If you try to return an item after 30 days, your return will be rejected. You will also be charged for the cost of the return label and the shipping fee to resend the item to you.

  • Returned items must be sent back in a separate shipping box to avoid damage to the original packaging. Your return may be rejected, or compensation may be required, if the original packaging is damaged or missing.

  • We offer the option to purchase a discounted return label. You can buy a label through our return portal by clicking here.

  • An uncollected parcel does not count as a return. We will hold your uncollected package until you contact us by email. You can choose to have the parcel resent or request a refund.
    For uncollected parcels, we deduct a fee of DKK 65 from the total refund to cover handling costs.
