This beautifully detailed silk scarf is inspired by Flora Danica's drawing of the stork's beak flower. The beautiful purple petals provide a nice contrast to the scarf's minimalist pattern and exclusive yellow color. The illustration of the stork's beak was drawn in 1764 under editor Georg Christian Oeder. The scarf is soft and comfortable to wear and is made in an exclusive silk twill weave. Twill is a strong silk weave with a distinct weave pattern, and can appear more "powerful" than the satin weave. The edges are hand-rolled and give a beautiful finish. Flora Yellow Flower is a large square scarf of 90x90cm which makes it easy to tie around the neck, as a shawl over the shoulders or as a summer top.
